About Your Order

1. Can I send my order to someone else? Can it be sent as a gift?

Certainly! When you are ready to Checkout, you will be directed to PayPal to complete your order. In PayPal, enter the shipping address for your desired recipient on the 3rd page. PayPal also allows you to send instructions to us where you can request that we not include the invoice in the package or to add a handwritten gift note to your recipient at no extra charge. Be sure to include your gift message in the section entitled “Gift Options” where it states “Include a message with your gift”. Any instructions that you would like made to us should be included in the section entitled “Add Personalized Note”. We also request that you provide your phone number so that we may include it in our shipping instructions to UPS. That way, if they have any difficulties in shipping your order, they can contact you to expedite delivery of the special gift you’ve selected for your friend or loved one.

2. How soon will I get my order?

We generally ship within 3 business days of receipt of your order and sometimes the next day, with the exception of Christian and US holidays, from the Tyler, TX metro area via UPS ground service – fully insured. US locations should receive their order within 3-5 business days of shipping. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tax Deductible Donations

Your purchase supports the ongoing evangelism and outreach ministry of our parent 501(c)3 non-profit organization, My Beloved Ministries. State sales taxes are calculated and included in your order total. If you are including a donation to our organization, you will receive a receipt. All donations, less value of product ordered, are tax-deductible as allowed by IRS regulations.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to accept your return of merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Return postage must be paid by the customer.

Damaged merchandise may be returned for up to 30 days for credit or replacement at the company’s discretion. Return postage will be paid by the company.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance & Tracking

My Beloved Ministries charges shipping and handling based upon the average weight, size, and delivery destination of your package. For our retail customers, we generally ship within 3 business days of receipt of your order, with the exception of Christian and US holidays, from the Tyler, TX metro area via UPS ground service – fully insured and traceable. All orders shipped via UPS require a physical ship-to address. Be sure to include the preferred shipping address on page 3 of the checkout page. We request that you provide your phone number in the “Add Personalized Note” box so that we may include it in our shipping instructions to UPS. This will assist them in delivery of your product should they encounter any difficulties. Post office box addresses will be delivered via USPS and the customer will bear responsibility for items shipped using this method.

US locations should receive their order within 3-5 business days of shipping date. We do not ship international orders at this time.

Wholesale

Wholesale orders will generally be shipped the following business day after receipt of your order from our warehousing & fulfillment provider, DiscPro Printing+Graphics located in Houston, Texas.

For those interested in selling our inspirational scripture cards in their store, we welcome all qualified wholesale merchants of Christian products to register to receive the benefits of shopping wholesale on BelovedBibleVerses.com. We cater to your wholesale biblical needs with a one-of-a-kind collection of beloved bible verses designed to address the various seasons of life.

To be considered for wholesale pricing, you will need to complete our online Wholesale Application first, then submit a copy of your business license and valid Sales Tax Exemption Resale ID# to us via mail or email. The prices on this site are now Retail; however, once you Login to Your Account after creation of your password, the website will show our Wholesale Prices. Every time you visit BelovedBibleVerses.com and Login to Your Account, you will be shopping wholesale. It’s that easy!

Steps to Establish an Account

Complete our online Wholesale Application.
Send resale certificate for your state and copy of business license to the following:

Once approved, we will create a Login for you in order to access our Wholesale site. This is normally completed within 24 hours of the receipt of your information. We will contact you to process your request.
Login. After you receive your access information by phone or e-mail, you can then login to our store and you will see different pricing. If you have any questions, please contact us.
If you are interested in an extension of credit terms after the successful completion of three initial orders, download our credit application by clicking here. Once completed, mail the application to the address noted below.
